50%, Union Carbide (Dow Chemical wholly-owned subsidiary) were joint ventures by 50% and the equal investment, but it was in the 100% subsidiary of the TonenGeneral Sekiyu K.K. group in July, 2013, and, in the chemical maker which prepared polyethylene or elastomer, Tonen Chemical (TonenGeneral Sekiyu K.K. group) ever changed it in the existing company name from Nippon Unicar Company Limited in January, 2014.

- By joint management with Nitto Chemical Industry and Union Carbide, I establish it as "Nitto uni-car Co., Ltd.".
