Kenichi Obuchi

Kenichi Obuchi (Kennichi, April 4, 1950 -) is a Japanese social psychologist. Tohoku University graduate school literature graduate course professor. I took office as leader at COE program "study education base fairness section unequal with a social class" in the 21st century in Tohoku University from 2003. The specialized field is the human aggressiveness, tangle solution, dispute solution, social fairness, criminal psychology. In late years I perform the study that was strongly conscious of social reduction characteristics including the study on public works project policy. I am from Akita.
