Joseph ヘルフリッヒ (Joseph Helffrich, from January 12, 1890 to 1971) is a Mannheim-born German astronomer.
I acquired a doctorate at ケーニッヒシュトゥール astronomical observatory of the Heidelberg University in 1913.
It was a center of the asteroid discovery, and, as for the astronomical observatory of Heidelberg, ヘルフリッヒ discovered 13 asteroids with max Wolff in those days, too.
Asteroid ヘルフリッヒ of the asteroid number 2290th was named for his name.
