A company of the Netherlands virus measures software that AVG Technologies (an old company name: Grisoft グリソフト) was established in 1991 by Jan Gritzbach. I am based in Europe and the United States. It is said that I lead 110 million active users. I changed the head office location from Prague, Czech to Amsterdam, Netherlands in 2009.

• I announce the purchase (2007) in Exploit Prevention Labs of the country security software company in Japan and the U.S. on December 5 2007 [¹].
• - company name is changed (2008) on January 21 in 2008 to "AVG Technologies CZ, s.r.o.".
• I announced the purchase of the Sana security that researched and developed - personal information theft prevention software (2009) on January 13 in 2009. I integrated the Silicon Valley office of the California Redwood city which Sana security owned at the same time, R & D center with AVG.
• I receive investment larger-scale than the TA associates of - major investment company (2009) on October 5 in 2009 and announce that the company took part in capital investment.
