褚 The people friendship (ちょみんぎ) is a politician, a diplomat, a doctor of the Republic of China. I participated in Nationalist China as a nationalist and was confidential one of 汪兆銘. I participated in Nanjing Nationalist China later and successively held an important post. The original name is 明遺. The character is Shigeyuki.

Activity in Europe
I am born in the family of the Chines court rank. 褚 Yoshida of father had reputation as a skilled physician. The citizen of 褚 friendship learned old study first, but got close to English and study of the science and mathematics system later. I study in (light cord 29 years), Japan in 1903 and learn political economy in Nippon University. I devoted myself to revolution thought then and joined the China alliance society with (light cord 32 years), Shizue Cho of the same town in Singapore on the way toward France in 1906. In France, I found the middle seal of a provincial governor book station with 呉敬恒 (呉稚暉), 李石曽, 蔡元培 and others. I published the publications such as "new century monthly publication" "world pictorials" and tried for advertising of the revolution thought.
The citizen of 褚 friendship returns to Shanghai that a revolution group held by Shingai Revolution (宣統 three years) in November in 1911. By an introduction of the yellow interest, I got to know 汪兆銘, 陳璧君夫婦 then. 褚 is married to 陳舜貞 which is a sister-in-law of 陳璧君. 褚 took office as Mayor of general affairs of the alliance society headquarters stationed-in-Shanghai engine part (the name of an era in the Republic of China first year) in April in 1912. However, I study in Belgium in despair at this when 宋教仁 reorganizes it soon in Kuomintang. I learned in Brussels free university.

When 汪 reconciled with Chiang Kai-shek (name of an era in the Republic of China 21 years) in January in 1932 took office as the Executive Yuan director, the citizen of 褚 friendship was appointed by Executive Yuan chief secretary. Furthermore, I hold an additional post of the chief at Kuomintang Xinjiang construction plan committee committee for (name of an era in the Republic of China 23 years) in 1934. Activity in Nanjing Nationalist China

When 汪 died (name of an era in the Republic of China 33 years) in November in 1944, Chen Kimihiro became the substitute president. However, the citizen of 褚 friendship is a difference, and opposition is intense, and it is said that mediation of the lap Buddha Sea was necessary with Chen Kimihiro.
I was appointed (name of an era in the Republic of China 34 years) in July in 1945 by the Mayor of Guangdong and preservation commander, 広州綏靖主任. Age at death 63.
