Shohei Yamada

The seal engraver that Shohei Yamada (still Shohei, 1899 (1899) from February 1 to 1962 (1962) August 16) is from Niigata. "A representative seal engraver of the Showa."

Career

In 1899, I am born in Yonbancho, Furumachidori, Niigata-shi as the Kimura bamboo incense of the seal engraver and the second son of the mother trout. As for the real name, both Shohei, character and 号 are Shohei. I claimed 一止, 一止道人, 幾 盦 (幾庵) elsewhere and have done it with rebirth, rebirth residence, rebirth pen name, 邵平 when I was young. I learn stippling and an image from 呉昌碩 by an introduction of Kawai 荃 廬 then. In addition, I learn from 徐星州. I meet Usen Ogawa and interchange. In later years, own teacher states that is Kanzan Yamada and Kawai 荃 廬; with a mountain in winter a seal Saint; place an authentic linkage of Fuyo Ko who ask it, and was broken and own stippling art. Even a southern school of Chinese painting-like sumi drawing was known, and there was interchange with Kazumasa Nakagawa. A lecturer at former Tokyo Gakugei University. The posthumous Buddhist name is 萬象院永楽一止居士. A cemetery is in Tokyo Tamareien.
