On June 14, 2008, I married again with Jay Barker of the radio schlock-meister in quarterbacks of the former Alabama University American football at the U.S. winner, present. Children attended it, too, and held a wedding ceremony in Tennessee Franklin [13]; [14]. Evans and three children live in mountain Brooke of the suburbs of Alabama Birmingham with a child of Barker and him now.

Divorce

On October 12, 2006, I left "Dancing with the Stars" by a personal reason and was found to be during divorce application with a husband married for 13 years on the next day [15]. On September 28, 2007, a divorce is decided, and Evans will pay at least 500,000 dollars to a husband for ten years. About three children, custody was given to a husband in visitation right, Evans [11].

Because Evans gave the name of Allison Clinton Lee of former nurse as one of much amourette of the husband in the case of this divorce, I filed a suit for consolation money 3 million dollars [18] by libel [19]. It was settled by paying 500,000 dollars in July, 2009 [20].

I prohibited that I talked about the cause of a remark and the divorce that a husband hurt honor of Evans for the media on February 25, 2010 [21].
