Kiyoshi Takei
Kiyoshi Takei (Kiyoshi Takei, 1945 -) is a Japanese international communicator, Mayor of tribe of Ghanaian アチュワ (chief). A life study promotion foundation councilor.

In 1981, Takei entered the アチュワ village of Ghana as a member of village development spread of overseas young man cooperation corpses. Improvement of the local life considered to be a remote place was a purpose.
