Texas Declaration of Independence

Texas Declaration of Independence

The Texas Declaration of Independence (Texas どくりつせんげん, Texas Declaration of Independence) points at the official independent declaration of the Texas republic from Mexico in the Texas Revolution. I was adopted in a meeting in 1836 of Washington on the Brazos and was signed on March 2, 1836.

The Richard Ellis chairperson appointed George C till dress, Edward Conrad, James Gaines's, a Bailey hardware man, five committees of the Colin Makin knee. Above all, the Makin knee was the oldest 70 years old in a meeting. I started writing declaration in five of them, but was mainly tildeless work. Separation from Mexico mentions the declaration in the thing by the following reasons among other things.

  • The constitution was used illegally in 1824 when I built Federal Republic in Mexico and, under Antonio Lopez デ Santa Ana, changed into military dictatorship of the centralism.
  • I invited a settler into Texas, and the Mexican government promised the constitutional freedom and government of the republican form of government which guaranteed it, but broke these guarantees.
  • Texas combined with state Coahuila, Mexico as State of Coahuila イ Tejas, but therefore, as for the problem of Texas, it was decided in Spanish in very remote サルティリョ (Saltillo, state capital of the State of Coahuila イ Tejas) by the state.
  • The political rights such as "right "rights in response to jury trial" having a weapon" that a settler was always used to were denied.
  • One system of the public education was not made, too.
  • Religious liberty was not permitted a settler.

On the basis of Declaration of Independence of the United States of America, much memorable expression of the American political principle is included in declaration of Texas.
