Jiro Uchino
Jiro Uchino (our Jiro, June 27, 1927 [1] - June 15, 2004 [2]) is a Japanese promoter, a founder of the Kyodo group led by Kyodo Tokyo.
Life
In current Sayama-shi, Saitama, I was born and raised [3]. I learn from the night technical training school for working youths while "graduating from an elementary school while I am poor", and working for the airplane factory attached to the army Airlines military academy close to the parents' house [4] and obtain a junior high school graduation qualification [5]. I applied in navy flight preparatory course trainee first grade and was already assigned to the naval base of Hofu, Yamaguchi as a crew of the human being torpedo (restoration) in the situation that the production of airplanes did not always go as we want though I passed it [5]. However, I was forced to hospitalization for a disease just after that and just greeted the end of the war [6].
I went to the English language school in the night of Meiji Gakuin University while working after the war in Johnson base (current Air Self-Defense Force Iruma base) of the United States fifth Air Force which requisitioned army Airlines military academy to learn English, and it was the accounting person in charge of the Johnson base later [7]. I came back to Tokyo without accepting this immediately though a change of job was invited by the 新々 production which Tatsuji Nagashima who did the floor manager of the officer club in Johnson base stood and gave after working in the United States Armed Forces Chitose base of Hokkaido and entered professional player 新々 as the accounting person in charge afterwards [8]. The 新々 pro was renamed to a cooperation plan afterwards in 1957 [9]. It was the show producer of the nightclub "nu Latin quarter" as duties of the cooperation plan [10] and after that, in 1959, showed abilities for approximately ten years [11].
In 1962, I leave a cooperation plan and become independent and become a setup, a representative director in a Pan-entertainment plan office [12]. The Pan-entertainment plan office was renamed to a cooperation plan agency in 1964 and became Kyodo Tokyo Co., Ltd. more in 1970 [13]. In 1966, an office moves to a complex of Kitaaoyama of the present location the other day [14]. Uchino carried "an on-site partition" whereas the cooperation plan agency was concerned with Beatles visit to Japan performance with a cooperation plan, and Nagashima undertook "negotiations of the invitation" in 1966 [15]. In 1971, I was concerned with most of performance of the visit to Japan artist from the foreign countries that Brad sweat shirt and ティアーズ, Chicago, ground funk railroad, Kyodo Tokyo including Elton John planned [16] and was concerned with the performance of so-called new music system artists of Japan afterwards at the after mid-1970s [17].
I suggested an idea of the radio charity music loss to Nippon Broadcasting System, and, in 1975, main personality and a charity program by the 24-hour radiobroadcast to do realized Kinnichi Hagimoto from year-end December 24 through 25th, the following day [18].
In 1986, Uchino retired voluntarily from the representative director of Kyodo Tokyo and handed over the seat to Saburo Arashida [19].
I served S.S.P. representative director Co., Ltd. from 1990 through 1993 [20] and after that dealt with the management such as Odyssey Co., Ltd. and [21], the music league Co., Ltd. afterwards [22].
Uchino of later years was often concerned with charity, and, in 1993, became representative promoter of the act against AIDS [23]; [24]. In addition, I acted as the post of the trade group including the consultant of association of corporate judicial person concert promoters [22].
At the time of the death, it was a music league consultant [2].
