Great Japanese Imperial Constitution Article 61 is a rule about the judicial role in Great Japanese Imperial Constitution Chapter 5. It is the text to be outside the jurisdiction of the judicial court by the administrative legal case that the administrative court has jurisdiction over.

ニ law ヲ 以 テ 定 metal administration court ノ trial ニ genus スヘキモノハ judicial court ニ 於 テ acceptance スルノ 限 ニ living-in-RAS according to administrative office ノ illegal disposal ニ reason re-right ヲ injury セラレタリトスルノ suit ニシテ
