Yoshiaki Akiyama

Yoshiaki Akiyama (space mountain Yoshiaki, from June 28, 1942 to January 10, 2011 ^[1]) is a Japanese jurist. Professor emeritus at Otaru University of Commerce, former president. The specialty is administrative law. Doctor of Law（Hokkaido University, 1989). Hokkaido native place [¹].
