The first single of the Seoul flower union that "the cosmopolite took down all flags", and (せかいしみんはすべてのはたをおろす /CITIZEN OF THE WORLD TAKE falling ALL THEIR FLAGS) was released on December 1, 1993.

Commentary
"The cosmopolite takes down all flags" takes the style called the duet of うつみようこと Takashi Nakagawa in the musical piece with Hideko Itami and the pen of Takashi Nakagawa recorded in the times of the one of their forerunner bands "mescaline drive".
