Mitsubishi Fuso, the F series is the large truck which MITSUBISHI MOTORS CORPORATION (existing: Mitsubishi Fuso truck bus) produced from 1973 through 1983.

Summary

Basic car system came to be transcribed only in the alphabet by this car in place of the T series that varied in car system with the number of the model till then. After that car system is inherited in the great of the succeeding car and super great. The appearance featured the linear CAB design called the crystal cut, and there were two kinds of low mount CAB and the high mount CAB on the semi-tractor. In addition, it was the car model that set custom grade by a truck for the first time, and a fabric sheet and an air-conditioner were equipped with and became the pioneer of the custom grade.

History

• I appear as a succeeding car of the T series on December 27, 1973. The engine carries 6DC2 and 8DC2, 8DC6 of the V-six and V-eight pre-thrust chamber type.
• The production start of 74 sets of extra-large model trucks which reorganized six F series for drive for the Ground Self-Defense Force in 1974.
• FP type semi-tractor addition of the 1974 10DC model deployment.
• I change the engine to direct-injection (6D20, 8DC4, 8DC7, 8DC8, 10DC8) in 1975.
• I acquire 8t in June, 1976 and add an FP type. The engine is equipped with a 6D20 type.
• I add an FS119 type (low floor 4 axis car) in July, 1977. I add an M-shaped emblem to the front grill center.
• A change all at once minor an October, 1979 37 car model. I switched to the front grill all in black called popular name "Black Mask", and the position of the head lamp was lowered than a model as a fascination hedge to cars in the first half year.
