Frank watt

The Frank watt (Frank Watt) is the first unofficial supervision of English Newcastle United. The former referee, watt were appointed in December, 1895 by a secretary and maintained a position until 1935. Because I controlled a team and was not able to control him, he did not have a technique as the supervision.
