麻辣火鍋 (Mahler ひなべ, マァラァフオグオ, málàhuǒguō) is one of the fire food served in a pot eaten widely in China. I say the fire pan child, and hard seasoning is a characteristic. The Chongqing fire pan seen easily in Chongqing City is a kind of 麻辣火鍋.
I touch the sesame oil which I put vegetables, a meat dumpling, a fish, chicken, entrails in 麻辣味香辛料-based soup such as hemp (Chinese Japanese pepper), 辣 (red pepper) and put stew, a spice in and eat. The variation of ingredient materials is very widespread, and, other than a thing in the above, there is not time for counting up such as the marrow of the brain and the cow bone of the pig, fire pan powder (フォグオフェン) which comes, and does it, and is noodles-formed spring rain. There are many places where I put a thing with unique seasoning as meat or a meat dumpling as characteristic greens (recommendation) beforehand when it becomes the long-established store.
In 麻辣火鍋, a Taiwanese fire pan can see the variation as "台湾式麻辣火鍋", too [1].
Skewer skewer incense
There is the unique fire pan called the skewer skewer incense (Chan Chan beautifulness) in Chengdu. The lowest state (グオヂィ) that is the soup base of the fire pan is the hardly same as the Chongqing fire pan which is representative as Sichuan fire pan, but a visitor chooses the thing that ingredient materials by the small quantity were spitted from the ingredient materials place established at one corner of the shop whereas I order ingredient materials divided into a small dish little by little in a much fire food served in a pot shop, and there is the place taking the form to put it in a pan, and to eat.
