4-nitrophenol-2-monooxygenase (4-nitrophenol 2-monooxygenase) is an oxidation-reduction enzyme catalyzing the next chemical reaction.

4-nitrophenol + NADH + H+ + O2 4-nitro catechol + NAD+ + H2O

The substrate of this enzyme is 4-nitrophenol, NADH, H+ and O2, and a product is 4-nitro catechol, NAD+ and H2O. I use FAD as cofactor.

The organization name is 4-nitrophenol,NADH:oxygen oxidoreductase (2-hydroxylating), and another name has 4-nitrophenol hydroxylase, 4-nitrophenol-2-hydroxylase.
