Shinko ware

Shinko ware (しんこやき) is the dish which bare firing made the half of the body with the bone including the wing of the chicken [¹]; [²]. Asahikawa-shi, Hokkaido is considered to be origin [¹] and is got close as Seoul food in Asahikawa-shi from postwar period [¹]; [³] [⁴] [⁵].

Origin

I call the fry to 4cm - 5cm of the gizzard shad which is a fish whose name changes as it grows up Shinko (Shinko). I assume a chicken Shinko in a similar meaning, and it is said that the name called "Shinko ware" spread out because I burn it [¹].

History

There were many hoggeries in postwar Asahikawa-shi, but there were few poultry farms.
