Minako Kaneko
The haiku poet that Minako Kaneko (Minako Kaneko, from January 8, 1925 to March 2, 2006) is from Saitama. Maiden name, Shioya. Nogami-mura, Chichibu-gun (existing Nagatoro-mura) birth. In 1947, I marry Tota Kaneko and begin a phrase product. In 1953, it is started contributor's haiku by position magazine "wind" of 兜太. In 1955, I win a prize for wind. In 1962, I participate in "海程" foundation of a periodical of 兜太 and am in charge of publication office work totally. For 海程賞, 1,988 years, it is the first Japan poetry phrase grand prix receiving a prize for "flower love" in association of the 35th present age haiku prize, 2005. I suffered from a cancer from about 1996 and encountered the days of fight against illness for a long time. March 2, 2006 death, 81 years old.
