Eitaro Mabuchi
Eitaro Mabuchi (まぶちえいたろう, January, 1867 (1867) -1943 age (1943) September 13) is a Japanese domestic affairs of states bureaucrat, politician. Election for bureaucrats prefectural governor, Mayor of Kyoto, 錦鶏間祗候. I may be transcribed into Mabuchi.

Career
I am born as the eldest son of Mino country Kano clansman, 馬淵致正. In 1893, I graduate from empire University law university. In August of the year, I passed a Higher Civil Service Examination and I became Department of the Interior probationer and was assigned to the shrines and temples station as the domestic affairs of states genus. I successively hold each councillor of Hyogo, Nara, Kyoto, each secretary of Tochigi, Yamaguchi, Nagasaki afterward.
In July, 1906, I take office as Governor of Yamagata. I successively hold each governor of Yamaguchi, Mie, Hiroshima, Kyoto afterward. After retirement, I become the Mayor of Kyoto in July, 1921. I acted as a member of the Diet that Director of royal gift foundation Saiseikai, the Japanese Red Cross Society were the way it goes afterwards.
