Tome prefecture
The prefecture where the Tome prefecture (I cannot get) was established in northeastern part of Rikuzen country (former Sendai feudal clan territory) in (September, 1869) in August, 1869 by the Meiji government. The jurisdiction is equivalent to current Northeast Miyagi. I write it jointly in this clause about the Wakuya prefecture (is heated not burnt) of the forerunner.

Summary
In the Sendai feudal clan which lost for (February 5, 1869), Boshin War on December 24, 1868, it was done 減封 in 28 Mangoku from 62 Mangoku. It was in a Hitachi Tsuchiura feudal clan control place, and, in the feudal tenure that I forfeited from the Sendai feudal clan, 43 or a village called itself Wakuya prefecture on this occasion in Tome-gun, Toda-gun and Shida-gun.
Only four months later, Tome prefecture was established formally and put the prefectural office in Tome-gun (とよまぐん) Teraike-mura. The construction of the new Government building was started in Teraike (existing: 1-5, Sakurakouji, Toyomamachiteraike, Tome-shi), but this new Government building was not used as Tome prefectural government office and was used later as the Mizusawa prefectural office. It was admitted into the Sendai prefecture that was the reincarnation of the Sendai feudal clan on November 2, 1871 by the first prefectures unification of (December 13, 1871) and was abolished, and some areas were transferred afterwards in one Seki prefecture. In addition, it is renamed to Miyagi in (1872) in 1872, the following day, and the Sendai prefecture reaches it at the present. In addition, Ryokan Shionoya of the Tome prefecture great councillor acts as Sendai prefecture councillor, Miyagi councillor sequentially.
