Geography
The Toko prefecture was located in the northern part of current Heilungjiang magnolia prefecture.
History
It is Republic of China Era that an administrative section was established in the Toko district where the settlement was started by 清末. On January 7, 1927, Heilungjiang installed 東興設治局 in 木蘭県東興鎮 and assumed it the jurisdiction of 綏蘭道 and was done with the direct control of Heilungjiang after the way system abolition of February, 1929.
東興設治局 reorganized it in the Toko prefecture of the third-class prefecture on October 1, 1933, and it was assumed that Manchurian country was formed with the jurisdiction of 浜江省. I was considered to be the jurisdiction of Matsue province after Manchurian country collapse, but the abolition of the Toko prefecture was decided, and, on November 7, 1947, I was admitted into the magnolia prefecture by Tohoku administrative committee.

In October, 1933, 東興設治局 is promoted to the Toko prefecture.

In November, 1947, I am unified in the magnolia prefecture.
