Royko cyanidin +2 - oxoglutaric acid + O2 cis- and trans- dihydroquercetin + succinic acid + CO2 +2 H2O

According to the equation, as for the substrate of this enzyme, Royko cyanidin and the 2-oxoglutaric acid and O2, product are cis- dihydroquercetin or trans- dihydroquercetin, succinic acid, CO2.

The organization name is leucocyanidin,2-oxoglutarate:oxygen oxidoreductase, and another name has anthocyanidin synthase.
