Kinnya Kume (くめきんや, August 12, 1865 [1] (October 1, 1865) - 1932 (1932) May 6 [2]) is a Japanese domestic affairs of states bureaucrat, a communication bureaucrat, an agriculture commercial affairs bureaucrat.

Career

I am born as the eldest son of the Tokyo prefecture family with samurai antecedents Kume beauty reason [1]. I enter the Department of the Interior after graduation in (1884), Tokyo University in 1884 [3]. I successively held the secretary, a councillor [4], director at shrines and temples [5]. I moved to のち Ministry of Communications and acted as a councillor, a communication chief of the bureau [1]. Furthermore, I moved to the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce and successively held a patent chief of the bureau, forest chief of the bureau, agriculture Under Secretary of Commerce [3].

I founded "association of industrial property protection" with agriculture commercial affairs minister Keigo Kiyoura in (1904) in 1904 when I acted as a patent chief of the bureau and took office as Chairperson managing director, a vice-chairperson [6]. Association of industrial property protection was renamed to "association of empire invention" in (1910) in 1910, but acted as a vice-chairperson sequentially.

In addition, I acted as Secretary-General of patriotism women's society [7].
