玉目丹波守 (the first generation)
玉目丹波守 (unknown たまめたんばのかみ, the straight year of a person's death) is a local people feudal lord of the Higo country. 諱 is unknown. I served Higo country Kumamoto feudal lord Kiyomasa Kato. It is father of 側室正應院 of Kiyomasa and acts as a maternal grandfather of the Katos 2s Tadahiro whom 正應院 produced.

Life
Because the military commander of the person of Aso chief priest of a grand shrine has the name of "南郷高畑城主玉目秀左衛門" according to Higo oldest geographical book "country county all will" in the Middle Ages, it is thought that it was the small powerful family of the Takabata area including the pretty grain of wood Aso outer ring town.
