Legislation nation

One form national with the legislation nation (りっぽうこっか).

The national role is a nation limited to maintenance of the order for security, the internal affairs of the security externally, and the U.K. until the end of 19th century fulfills this. Because it was laissez-faire in such a nation, and the problem that you should handle of the assembly was limited qualitatively quantitatively, an assembly was the center of the politics. But when the nation which was a legislation nation enters in the 20th century, intervention of a nation and the government is necessary because the order maintenance that is autonomous in many domains such as economy or the society which grew big of the change becomes impossible and was not able to solve it by the voluntary effort of the private enterprise when a problem occurs either, and the legislation nation will switch it to the administrative state.
