VTOL (VTOL) that Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) aerodromics section (the old aviation headquarters) is studying ホルニッセ (Hornisse). Or a development project name (Project Hornisse). "ホルニッセ" of the name means a hornet in German.

Summary
