M is the thirteenth letter of Roman letters (the alphabet). The small letter is m. It comes from Mμ (mu) of Greek characters and is the letter which is similar to Мм of the Cyrillic.

Print

Two print is used.

The phoneme that this letter expresses is [m] (both labionasal) and the similar sound.

• By many languages, it may become lips and teeth nasal [ɱ] as abnormal noise in front of lips and teeth fricative [f], [v].
