Doctor (science of fisheries) (はくしすいさんがく) is conferred in Japan by being the degree of the doctor, and mastering a specialism about the science of fisheries (the ocean, merchant ship).

In Japan before 1991, the degree of the doctor called the science of fisheries doctor (すいさんがくはくし) is conferred, and a science of fisheries doctor is a current "doctor" (science of fisheries) and an about the same thing. The science of fisheries doctor is 17 kinds of one of doctors established in a degree rule in 1956.

Summary

Although, in English, is different in the degree system by each country; Ph.D. Part and Doctor of Fisheries of (Doctor of Philosophy) are equivalent to a science of fisheries doctor.
