ダジー Vance
A baseball player of the United States Major League where Clarence Arthur, "ダジー", Vance (Clarence Arthur "Dazzy" Vance, from March 4, 1891 to February 16, 1961) played an active part mainly in the 1920s. The position is a pitcher. Iowa birth. I hit the right-handed right. I became a striking out king for 7 consecutive years and was a main pitcher of Dodgers of the 1920s.

Career
I join Pirates from the ヘースティングス baseball team of the Nebraska league in 1915. However, I only threw one game twice 2/3 and transfer to Yankees in the same year. They participated in eight games in Yankees, but the results were not able to readily win by 0 wins three defeats. Another two games were in 1,918 years, and the participation in Yankees was almost a minor league living.
Vance that was in the New Orleans baseball team in 1922 joins Brooklyn Robbins (current Dodgers) at the time. The age had already become 31 years old, but I pitched for 36 games and I left the grade of 18 wins 12 defeats and recorded the number of the striking out of the league most and shot the seat of the regular starting pitcher dead. The number of the striking out set a record called seven years consecutive most striking out in the league most every year afterward until 1928.
I set 28 wins six defeats, pitcher's earned run average 2.16, number of the striking out 262 in 1924 and get a pitcher Triple Crown. I am chosen as the MVP of the same year. I became the second most winning pitcher by 22 wins nine defeats in 1925, the following day and achieved a no-hit, no-run game and played a remarkable role.
I give up Vance as the starting pitcher of Brooklyn until 1932 to be to 41 years old and transfer to Cardinals in 1933, the following day. As for the results of this age, 67 and the decline were not able to cover six wins two defeats, the striking out, too. I retire in 1935. It was 44 years old then.
I was elected to a player with American baseball palace in 1955 by a reporter vote. I die in Florida in 1961.
