I took it in August, 1932 when I completed the symphony fourth by a request of コハニスキ just after that and took 掛, and a solo violin part was completed on September 3, the same year. コハニスキ revised a solo violin part by the request of the person of composition and started composition in the next year based on it in earnest and completed a record of a game of go on September 6, the same year. In addition, there is some difference in the violin part with an original version that コハニスキ revised it.

I it at performance time

Approximately 20 minutes.

Musical piece constitution

It is a single movement, but I sandwich the cadenza and am classified roughly to two parts as well as previous music.

Part 1 Moderato molto tranquillo

A clarinet repeats the chromatic scale-like subject in a pianissimo on a piano and a contrabass and a string with a mute, and a solo violin shows the first sad subject for it. This subject is repeated by a horn, a trumpet, a piano, a bassoon and a violin solo, and a solo violin plays the second subject. With Pizzi cart and timpani, a piano, the first subject is reproduced by a solo violin and surges into development afterwards.

Part 2 Allegramente molto energico

The Pizzi cart with a viola and the cello and a tambourine and a large drum are supported from a Polish folk song by quoted rhythm, and a solo violin shows the subject. A different musical instrument is contained sequentially, and this subject spreads and it is climactic and enters by the sound of cymbals.
