The Paris Convention (Paris じょうやく British: Treaty of Paris) is the treaty that terminated the Napoleonic Wars in 1815. I do the way of speaking called the second Paris Convention (だいにじ Paris じょうやく British: Second Treaty of Paris) by comparison with the Paris Convention of 1814.

Summary

(the second) The Paris Convention received decisive defeat of Emperor of French empire Napoleon I by the fight of Waterloo and second abdication and was concluded on November 20, 1815. After France made peace with, the peace condition that the seventh vs. the Buddha Datong faith countries showed by the second Paris Convention because French gave Napoleon extensive support by sovereignty only for one hundred days became severer by the first Paris Convention (English version) of May 30, 1814 with the sixth vs. the French Datong faith countries.

In addition, it was the first Paris Convention, and the approved territory of France was "a territory at the time of 1792", but this was reduced by the second Paris Convention to "a territory at the time of 1790". Furthermore, the payment of the indemnification of 700 million francs was assigned to France and was made to recognize the stationing of the allied force of up to five years in France and the burden on stationing expense. Prussia required a severer peace condition, but, for the stability of the Restoration of Imperial Rule system by the Bourbon dynasty, the demand was loosened.

On a day same as the conclusion of the Paris Convention, Holy Alliance was concluded by Austria, Russia, Prussia.
