Tamie Matsuura (waiting back Tamie, 1966 -) is a Japanese scholar of management, Associate Professor at Hosei University carrier design department. A doctor (business administration). A specialty is a human resource administration theory, a labor policy. The study theme including way of working reform, carrier and improved treatment of the nonpermanent employee, carrier formation of the youth, personnel training policy of the company, employment, working, worker life, 少子高齢社会 [1] [2].

Career

I enter Nippon Life Insurance Co. after graduation in the Kobe University law department in March, 1989. Via human resource department, it is Tokyo University Institute of Social Science special appointment researcher from Nissei fundamental research laboratory chief scientist, June, 2008 to March, 2010 from March, 1995. The Gakushuin University economics graduate course doctoral course unit acquisition quits school in 2010. I acquire a doctor (business administration) in 2011 [3]. I take office as Associate Professor at Hosei University carrier design department from April, 2017.

Person

I have a question toward an opinion to spread in the world at the university and aim at upbringing of the constructive talented person who can argue. On September 11, 2015, I performed the lecture entitled "the change of the woman activity promotion in the company and a future problem" in the eighth exhibition work-life balance conference and surveyed a-like change in the times of the role of the woman in the company and spoke the future prospects [9].
