County area

The county area that started as a jurisdiction in (1878) in 1878 at the time is most of Ibara-shi (except each Oe-machi, Kamiinagicho, Shimoinagicho, Iwakuracho, Biseicho town).

History

There is the oldest thing which the county name of our county looks like in a narrow strip of wood with message excavated from Fujiwara shrine trace with "後木評". History after the municipality organization

  • Each following villages start by the enforcement of - municipality organization (1889) on June 1 in 1889. The whole area is existing Ibara-shi. (17 villages)
  • - Ibara village enforces town organization (1896) on February 26 in 1896 and becomes Ibaracho. (one town 16 village)
  • 1900 (1900) April 1 (one town 13 village)
  • A - 芳水村, foot next village merges (1904) on April 1 in 1904, and Yoshii-mura starts. (one town 12 village)
  • - Takaya village enforces town organization (1922) on April 1 in 1922 and becomes Takayamachi. (two towns 11 village)
  • - County Council is abolished (1923) on April 1 in 1923. The county government office continues.
  • - Yoshii-mura enforces town organization (1924) on October 1 in 1924 and becomes Yoshii-cho. (three towns 10 village)
  • - Nishie Hara-mura enforces town organization (1925) on April 1 in 1925 and becomes Nishiebaracho. (four towns 9 village)
  • - county government office is abolished (1926) on July 1 in 1926. After that it becomes the area classification name.
  • A - Ibaracho, appearance department village merges (1942) on April 1 in 1942, and Ibaracho starts some other time. (four towns 8 village)
  • Master of - Ibaracho, Nishiebaracho, Takayamachi, Ebara village, tree Yukiko village, prefecture village, Aono village, fields and mountains Uemura is complicated (1953) with Shinagura-mura, Oda-gun, Oe-mura on April 1 in 1953, and Ibara-shi starts and leaves it from a county. (one town 3 village)
  • - Yoshii-cho, Meiji-Mura, Kyowa village, Mihara-mura merges (1954) on May 1 in 1954, and Yoshii-cho starts some other time. (one)
  • - Yoshii-cho is admitted into Ibara-shi (2005) on March 1 in 2005. Same day Shitsuki-gun extinction.
