Shinjuku monolith building (しんじゅく monolith building) is a super office tower in the corners of the Shinjuku new capital heart of Nishishinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.

Summary
It is an office building for the purpose of the lease to the private enterprise built by the Tokyo Metropolis's possession ground that Tokyo owns. I build the building as the means that I can manage though I plan sale without the capital which felt uneasy about that it causes a further land prices remarkable rise selling it, and land is applied in the local government's first land trust form to get wage charges income equivalency as allotment in what I trust to the trust bank (Yasuda Trust & Banking (existing Mizuho Trust & Banking), Mitsubishi Trust & Banking Corporation (existing Mitsubishi UFJ Trust Bank), Sumitomo Trust & Banking) every year in the middle of bubble economy. Because both trust of Mitsubishi UFJ, Sumitomo declined update when the term of a contract of 20 years expired at first in 2010, I will extend it in Mizuho Trust & Banking alone for five years [1].
In addition, in the lease office building which the capital owns substantially, there are Shinjuku high dia and building group completed with Tokyo health medical care public corporation Okubo Hospital in neighborhood redevelopment owned by Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyoteleport center.
In "Godzilla vs. キングギドラ shown in 1991," the scene destroyed by Godzilla was described.
