The salmon boiled rice in tea (さけちゃづけ) is the food which sprinkled green tea to rice carrying a salmon with a kind of the boiled rice in tea from the top. There are several things that even a sashimi-formed thing did the shape of the salmon in a fried salmon をそぼろ form (flake form). I carve and sprinkle laver, and a variation is abundant when I use the wasabi.

Rosanjin Kitaooji states, "a trout is superior to a salmon if I make boiled rice in tea" in a book "person from Lushan taste way" and praises the boiled rice in tea of the blue trout (pink salmon) highly.

Kind

"Salmon boiled rice in tea" is sold as one of the instant boiled rice in tea "tea pickles laver" by Nagatanien. A freeze dry machined salmon enters in addition to normal tea pickles laver.

The salmon boiled rice in tea was released with the first variation product of the tea pickles laver in 1970 [1]. Saburo Kitajima was appointed as salmon boiled rice in tea CM, and the parody of "the woman of Hakodate" who was one of his hits was used for the CM song from 1971 through 2003.

Similar instant salmon boiled rice in tea is sold from the other companies.
