Saitama-shi Cultural Center
Saitama-shi Cultural Center (it bloomed) is a multipurpose hall in Negishi, Minami-ku, Saitama-shi, Saitama. It was a maximum hall in Saitama at the time of completion. Former title Urawa-shi Cultural Center.

Summary
The site was a site of the Urawa City Minamiurawa junior high school from September, 1957 to March, 1972. It is completed as Urawa-shi Cultural Center in 1985. It was the Saitama's greatest hall until Omiya Sonic City coliseum was completed in 1988. It becomes the current name after Saitama-shi started in 2001. It is used mainly as an announcement meeting place and a concert meeting place. I add Saitama City Minamiurawa library.
