The Netherlands rapid transit railway (Dutch: NS Hispeed) is a name of the railway business company which operated Netherlands and a rapid transit railway departing from and arriving at the Netherlands. I was established in December, 2007. The head office location where the official name of the company is association of rapid transit railway Co., Ltd. (High Speed Alliance B.V. or abbreviated designation HSA) is Utrecht.

It is the basis what was established a Netherlands railroad international section (NS Internationaal) which is one branch of the Netherlands railroad in 2001, and Netherlands railroad 90%, KLM KLM Royal Dutch Airlines 10% finance it in 2007; became in the form.

It is the member of the rail team (Railteam) which is the coalition of the European rapid transit railway business company.

After June, 2014, the train operated in the name of the Netherlands rapid transit railway is operated in the name of NS International with some other transnational trains [1].
