Geography

It is located in the southern part of Asakawa (north Asakawa) of the Hachioji-shi central part and the Narahara plateau sandwiched between the Kawaguchi River. Takao highway crossing Akigawa Highway running through the city to the north and south at northern Narahara intersection and the northern part of city to the east and west intersects, and Chuo Expressway passes the southern part.

It is adjacent with Inume-cho in Kiyokawa-cho, Nakanogami-cho, the north in Kawaguchimachi, Suwacho, Yotsuya-cho, Izumicho, the south in Inume-cho, Nakanomachi, the west in the east.
