A philately article to use the mount (British: Postage stamp mount) when I put a stamp in the album leaf. It is made of synthetic resin film and can store a stamp in a beautiful state forever.
Summary
The mount is in a condition of the pocket-formed transparency film and is comprised of a method to sandwich the stamp between two pieces of films which glued one side together. Dry paste is pulled in one backside of the film, and I put it, and the album leaf can be in this way crowded. I cut it to the size of the stamp and use it, but it is difficult to cut it neatly when I do not use a cutter. Therefore, to the size of the stamp, there is the product cut from a beginning.
German Hans we doma ear (Hans Widmaier) invented the mount in 1949. How id Corporation (Hawid) that is a German philately article maker is the company which this person established, and the origin of the company name comes from "ha" and "the widow" in Hans we doma year, and, from this, there are many stamp collectors who call a mount how id.
