Katsura Otsuka

Katsura Otsuka (Ootsu or wig, from 1960 to 2014) is a Japanese political scientist. The specialty is a political science basic principle, history of political thought. The main research field is the theory of the State.

Kanagawa birth. I am a graduate from the Nippon University law department for 1,984 years. The Nippon University graduate school law graduate course doctoral course unit acquisition quits school afterwards. Through an assistant at Nippon University, Komazawa tutor, an assistant professor, the present is a professor at Komazawa University law department.
