Imperial decree
An order document that a court official receives will of the Emperor with the imperial decree (りんじ) and issues. It was originally abbreviation of "the effect of the Imperial message", and the imperial decree referred to will itself of the Emperor, but I was made from a document of an Imperial order of the Emperor after the middle in the Heian era, and a court official came to point to the order with the element of the official document which making issued. I call it the imperial decree (I do ごりんじ, phosphorus).

General statement

History
Emperor Goichijo imperial decree (House of Daigo-ji Temple three treasures storehouse "offer prayers for rain diary" 所載) that I assigned to 仁海 dated April 12 (extreme longevity five years) in 1028 is the first to go out [2]. Paper
