The population in the national census was 15,176 people for 2,010 years [4]. Population increased rapidly after 1960 and was 35% at a growth rate for ten years from 2000 through 2010.

History
Hope Milnes was accepted as a town in 1891, but the history can sail it up until 1766. I could make use of waterpower, and it was possible for felling ground, lumber mill, a mill because wood was abundant, and the earthenware manufacturing industry was born at that time, too. Geography
There is hope Milnes in the western part of Cumberland county and is located in 34°58'14" N 78°57'24" W / 34.97056 degrees N 78.95667 degrees W 7 (34.970679, -78.956603) at the coordinate [6]. It is to the south from ファイエットビル which is county seat. There was the hope Milnes dam which dammed up Little Rock fish creek, and left it in the center of the town, and was made, and Lake hope Milnes was made in the upper reaches. The Little Rock fish creek joins the rockfish creek which is a flow, the branch of the cape fair river southeast.
North Carolina way Route 59 (main street) goes along the center of the town and is connected to American National highway No. 401 of ファイエットビル in 5 miles of north (8km). The south is connected by 2.5 miles (4km) in the expressway Route 95 exit 41st between states. A certain some land enters the town area around this exit 41st, but are not connected to the center of the town.
