Hita City museum

The Hita City museum (ひたしりつはくぶつかん) is a museum in compound culture facilities アオーゼ of Kamijonaimachi, Hita-shi, Oita.

History

I was opened considerably (1960) in Sambommatsu, Hita-shi as the prefecture's first public museum on December 1 in 1960. I receive the designation of museum considerable facilities based on the museum method (1964) in March in 1964 [¹].

50 years pass from the opening, and facilities become obsolete and devise "a Hita City museum basics design" in Hita-shi in (2010) in 2010 because store facilities were not enough [²]. Furthermore, "Hita-shi composition culture facilities maintenance basic plan" was devised (2014) in September in 2014, and maintenance contents based on "a Hita City museum basics design" about a museum area were shown [³].

And, with compound culture facilities being maintained based on this basic plan, the Hita City museum closes at 2016 once at the end of April (2016) [⁴]. I moved to the third floor of アオーゼ on August 5 and was opened [⁵]. By this move, the deferred floor space spread to approximately 2-3 times [⁶]. I was as 7,000 people, but, at the new museum, a person of entering a building achieved the annual aim of the person of entering a building to 10,000 people on December 10, 2016 four months after the opening [⁷].

Exhibition room

I divide a permanent construction exhibition room into four display zones and perform the following display [⁵].

• The zone that is managed, and performs the display about zonal - geological feature of Hita
• The zone that I display about nature and living zone - nature and the folk of Hita
• The zone that I display about the starlit sky zone - space of Hita
• The zone that I display about the creature of creature zone - waterside of the waterside

  • -27 kinds of butterflies of Ministry of the Environment Red Data Book mention .296 points
  • -17 kinds of butterflies of Oita Red Data Book (I include Red Data Book おおいたを in 2001) mention .241 points
• Botanical specimen - approximately 8,000 points (during rearranging)
• Rock mineral, fossil specimen - approximately 1,500 points (including the thing unidentified partly)
• Animal stuffed animal, -23 points of liquid immersion specimens
• Shellfish, Crustacea specimen - approximately 1,000 points

Summary of the old museum

At lightweight steel frame 2 stories, an exhibition room was on the 1-2 floor. Offices were built more on the museum east side in (1964) in 1964 [¹].
