Hexamethylene diamine (hexamethylene diamine) is rational formula H2N-(CH2)6-NH2, diamine of molecular weight 116.20. The hygroscopic white solid with the piperidine-like odor. As for the melting point, 42 degrees Celsius, the boiling point are 204 degrees Celsius. As an IUPAC name, I am referred 1,6-diaminohexane, 1,6-hexane diamine.
