I go along whole line Kanra-machi. In the commuter rush hour, it is often used as a bypath to avoid a traffic jam to be generated over National highway No. 254 by prefectural road 197. The former prefectural road number is 321.

A road rose under the influence of typhoon 9 happened in September (2007) in the section of Amabiki, Kanra-machi in 2007 and was closed to traffic entirely and was forced to a detour (traffic of the way equal to the road like the 1-1.5 traffic lane which stepped over the river and the old road of this prefectural road). I had a big influence on the people who used local inhabitants and this road, but a hand was hardly touched just after that, and this section was closed to traffic entirely, but restoration construction was over (2009) on January 26 in 2009 and recanalized an upheaval. By the way, a landslide happened in some sections under the influence of a typhoon, and similarly prefectural road 193 in the neighborhood was closed to traffic entirely, too (I can pass it now).
On January 1, relay road race is performed in a town on New Year's Day, and the section that these prefectural roads are often found becomes the course of the relay road race, and traffic regulation is done every year.
