"The twin"

City towers Toyosu (city towers and City Towers Toyosu to quit) is three super high-rise apartments in Toyosu, Koutou-ku, Tokyo. I am comprised of the symbol of the north side with twin tower the twin of the south side.

Summary

It was built at a part of the Toyosu 2.3 chome redevelopment. I am comprised by three super high-rise apartments called "the symbol" of the eight-four block that I left in the north side across "the twin" consisting of two of S ridge and the N ridge of the 9-2 block and the Koto Ward Toyosu north elementary school in total. As for the total number of houses, 1,063 houses (the twin), "the symbol" are all 850 houses "the twin", and the number of houses is a large-scale apartment of the third place in Japan [¹].

A part becomes "the twin" and the joint ownership of "the symbol", and the facilities for common use have karaoke room two rooms, guest room six rooms, skylounge.

"The symbol"

"The twin" (The Twin) is called "N ridge" and "S ridge" with a twin tower adjacent to super Viva Home and Toyosu north Elementary School each. Each building is the 48th floor, the first floor, 163 meters in height above the ground under the ground. It was the building which was the third most expensive in Koto-ku at the time of the completion.

Nikken Sekkei, the structure design started construction by construction of KAJIMA CORPORATION in KAJIMA CORPORATION in 2006, and the design was completed (2009) in March in 2009.

The symbol

"The symbol" (The Symbol) is next to the Shibaura Institute of Technology Toyosu campus in the 44th floor, the first floor under the ground, tower apartment of 150 meters in height above the ground. A design, the construction started construction in Takenaka Corporation in 2008 and was completed (2009) in December in 2009.
