Shoyo Tsubochi award (I carry a sea bream to hit the pot, and to carry it) is the prize that Minokamo-shi and Waseda University host. Minokamo-shi establishes it in commemoration of the municipal organization 40th anniversary in 1994, and, in Minokamo-shi, Minokamo-shi and Waseda University hold Waseda University and an agreement of cultural exchange since an end by turns every year in 2007.

Summary
Shoyo Tsubochi was born in current Minokamo-shi, Gifu. After that Shoyo Tsubochi award of Minokamo-shi by Shoyo Tsubochi award and the every year change of literary arts, culture, the art by Waseda University became held. I hold it for the whole Shoyo Tsubochi award every year (for 2,004 years, I do not hold it in 2005).
