Saburo Takada (philosopher)
Saburo Takada (Saburo Takada, from November 14, 1902 to May 12, 1994) a Japanese Western history of philosophy (the Middle Ages) researcher, professor emeritus at Kyoto University department of literature [1]. It is retirement age retirement, a honorary professor from an assistant professor at Hiroshima University for professor, 1,966 years for assistant professor at Kyoto University department of literature, 1,950 years for 1,947 years. I studied scholasticism in the Middle Ages and was one of the translators of "the theology perfection" of Thomas Aquinas [1].
I was invited as the staff of the sixth lecture (Middle Ages history of philosophy) that I opened a course in in divided form from Kyoto University philosophy history of philosophy study fifth lecture (ancient Middle Ages history of philosophy) founded in 1927 in 1947 by Kyoto University and acted until retirement in 1966 [1]. I performed a study mainly on the scholasticism during the term of office and performed translation of Aristotle and translation of "the theology perfection" of Thomas and greatly raised the standard of the history of philosophy study in the Middle Ages in Japan [1].
