ベンノ Franz Theo Dole Martin (Benno Franz Theodor Martin, from February 12, 1893 to July 2, 1975) is a general of bodyguards (SS) of Nazis Germany. The last rank is General bodyguards, General of police and General of Waffen S.S.

Career

I am born as a son of the judicial officer in Kaiserslautern of the Deutsches Reich Bayern kingdom. After having learned law, I enter the army in May, 1914. I belonged to the tenth Bayern kingdom gunner regiment during World War I and was promoted to a first lieutenant in March, 1915. In addition, I was presented with a first class iron cross chapter and the second grade iron cross chapter in 1914 [1]. I participated in the エップ voluntary army from April, 1919 through May [2] and did 入署 afterwards in the Bayern state police. I submitted a doctoral dissertation at an air orchid gene university in 1923 and became a Doctor of Law. It became the Nuremberg = フュルト Police headquarters position from 1925 [2].

I join the National Socialism Germany Workers' Party on May 1, 1933 (party member number 2,714,474). I made enlistment (member number 187,117) at rank of the Second Lieutenant bodyguards in bodyguards on April 10, 1934 and belonged to the third bodyguards regiment. Become acting Nuremberg Chief Constable from March, 1934; later to the general manager the assumption of office [2] [1]. I became First Lieutenant bodyguards on September 9 and was promoted to Captain bodyguards on April 20, 1935. I became the staff officer of the ninth bodyguards district in May, 1936 and was promoted to Major bodyguards on September 15. I became peace preservation police of Nuremberg and an SD leader from October [1]. I was promoted to Colonel bodyguards on September 12, 1937. I was promoted to bodyguards upper grade colonel on November 9, 1938 and was assigned to the bodyguards headquarters in December. I was promoted to Major General bodyguards on April 20, 1941 and became the national preservation headquarters position from May. In addition, I became bodyguards upper grade district "Main" leader from May 7. I became Major General of police on January 30, 1942 and became Lieutenant General bodyguards and Lieutenant General of police on April 20. I was appointed on December 17, 1942 by "Main" bodyguards and police high quality leader. I was promoted to General bodyguards, General of police and General of Waffen S.S. on August 1, 1944 [3].

I was arrested in May, 1945 and was taken into custody until 1949. I was prosecuted by the reason of having detained a Jew of the flanken to the concentration camp, but was found innocent by Nuremberg county court in 1953 [2]. I died in Munich on July 2, 1975.
